DYI: Face Moisture cream

Moisture cream

Hey guys!!

It has been a while now since I first decided to start making my own facial moisturizer recipe in my attempt to go all natural for my face. I have been using some daily creams which were really good, but I am about to change that and I am going to share with you the recipe I will do by myself for that.

Try to follow the ingredients as loyal as you can and don’t use substitutes of the products, unless you have any kind of allergic reaction to some of the following oils. In that case feel free to experiment.
You will need the following:

  • 1 cup aloe vera gel
  • 3/4 ounce beeswax (Make sure to get the one from the cosmetics section and not the one for candles. You can as well search for it on Amazon if you can’t anywhere else. Amazon has a variety and some come with scent. The reason we ad beeswax is simply because we want the cream to be more solid and don’t separate with the oil and the water)
  • 1/4 cup of almond oil
  • 1/4 coconut oil
  • 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. (PAY ATTENTION. Make sure that you are not allergic to the essential oil you will choose to go. This is a very important warning and you have to be sure, before you use any)
  • Chocolate/Soap melter or double boiler
  • Blender

Hope you enjoy your DIY moisture cream and hope you pay serious attention to the oils you choose especially if you are allergic to some of that.
